We started our venture into the manufacturing of motors in the year 1994 at Precise Small Motors Pvt. Ltd. During our initial days we catered to the industrial requirement with regard to circuit breakers and other industrial specific application. Over time we have evolved into catering to the domestic market as well as designing motors for custom specific requirements. We are now an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization. We expanded our business vertical by initiating Adpac Industries, our corrugation, and packaging firm in the year 2000. Here we cater to the packaging requirements across various sectors. We offer our packaging services across engineering industries, agricultural and farming sectors, food and beverage sector and also for the consumer durable industry. Over time, with the growth of Adpac Industries, we felt a strong need to initiate a firm in the large format printing industry. In the year of 2005, we established our association with Adcolours, our most recent venture, where we undertake offset printing and offer laminating services.

The idea of bringing our three firms under one umbrella brand - Baliga Group of Industries  (BLG Group) was idealized and put in place in the year of 2018. Across all of our units, we strive to serve our customers with quality products. We also work with a vision of integration and strive to satisfy our customers.
